Recruitment is a marketing challenge. The role of a recruiter or talent partner is as much about winning hearts and minds as it is about reviewing applications and running interviews. I wholeheartedly believe this and have proven it through more than 1,700 recruitment projects.

Over 2 decades, I’ve had the privilege of connecting employers with the right talent, working across every role and sector you can imagine from health, education, non-profit and membership through to banking, retail, property, telco and government.

As a curious extrovert and obsessive problem solver with strong storytelling and communication skills, recruitment is my dream job.

In 2015, I founded Heart Talent, a purpose-led recruitment business supporting leaders and people teams to attract the right talent through sustainable recruitment solutions grounded in empathy and human connection.
